Once you make your initial enquiry with ProFM, we’ll begin drafting up a custom-built, thorough contract that’s specifically designed with your business in mind.
This is done on an annual, fixed-term basis, which you’ll pay for each month. We use these because it means we can avoid any costly extras like inflation, as well as provide you with a more stable cost that you can then factor into your budget for the year.
Our head office based in Chorley, but our extensive network of cleaners means we can provide coverage far beyond that. We currently cover the whole of the UK.

All of our cleaners undergo a rigorous, all-inclusive training regime that’s full endorsed and regulated by the British Institute of Cleaning Science. It’s part of our firm commitment to ensure the highest possible standards across all of our cleaning contracts.
We’re also able to provide cleaners who have specialised experience, such as cleaning personnel who’ve undergone a DBS background check, which is essential if your premises caters to children or vulnerable adults.
One of our biggest selling points here at ProFM is our unparalleled flexibility. We’re able to offer cleaning throughout the day, although we don’t currently offer overnight cleaning (this would come at an additional premium).
We find that many hospitality and leisure businesses choose to have us clean early in the morning (starting at as early as 5am) before the day begins, or later in the evening after they’ve closed. We’re also able to offer multiple cleans per day, if this is needed – we’d be happy to discuss this in your initial consultation.
Every contract we draft up for our clients is completely tailor-made, right down to the hours we work and the cleaning we provide.
