This is something we’ll discuss with you in-depth during our first consultations, and we’ll work diligently to ensure that we create a solution that matches with the needs of your premises, its staff and its students.
All of our cleaners are fully checked and confirmed by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), as well as undergoing multiple other vetting and eligibility tests to ensure the safety and security of your cleaners.
ProFM then takes this a step further, with a comprehensive safeguarding report that contains details and pictures of all cleaners.
When you first make an enquiry with ProFM, we’ll begin drawing up a contract that not only matches with what you and your school needs, but with the budget you’re working with, as well as any other special requirements.
We use full-time, annual contracts, where you’ll be billed on a monthly, recurring basis. This allows you to “lock in” a stable price over the course of your contract, and ensure there’s no nasty surprises when it comes to inflation rates or rising costs.
Our head offices are located in Chorley, in the small town in the North West. However, our service extends far beyond there, and we can cover all of the UK.

All of our sites are regularly audited to guarantee the continued quality of your cleaning, and we work relentlessly to adhere to the guidelines set out by the BICSc and other governing bodies for the cleaning industry.
Our flexibility and accommodating nature means we can fit around your school and its timetable. We find that many schools choose to have us clean in the morning before school starts (as early as 5am), or after school has finished (up to as late as 10pm).
